This reserve has good tracks throughout with varied vegetation including wetland areas which may have some water in them if we have had enough winter rain. Many bush birds have been seen including: Splendid Fairy-wren, Western Spinebill, White-browed Scrub-wren, Grey Shrike-thrush, Fan-tailed and Shining Bronze-Cuckoos, Red-capped Parrot and Red-tailed Black-Cockatoo. Wetland species are also a possibility, as are several species of raptor.
Bring a chair and morning tea to have while we do a combined birdlist.
