BirdLife WA - Walk - Walyunga National Park

Overview

The National Park lies along the Darling Scarp. The Avon River bounds one part of the planned walk, which includes good areas of Wandoo, so we should see an excellent variety of birds. This walk takes 2 1/2 to 3 hours, so bring a chair and morning tea to have while we do a combined bird list.

Getting there

Meet at 8:00 am in the Trailhead car park at the end of Walyunga Road, Bullsbrook (off Great Northern Highway, Upper Swan, near Boongarup Pool). If you have a National Parks pass, bring it with you. Otherwise, entry is $15 per vehicle or $8 per vehicle concession.
