Fundraising Team Lead

We are searching for a Fundraising Team Lead to join our team!

Your Next Opportunity

The Fundraising Team Lead plays a crucial role to grow and enhance individual and community giving income streams through best-practice fundraising while building donor loyalty and commitment:

• Providing support and mentoring to a small team to achieve the agreed target
• developing and implementing an ambitious 5-year fundraising strategy and targets with the opportunity to pilot new conversion channels
• Growing and developing the organisation’s existing donor base
• Harnessing newly embedded digital technologies to increase community reach and extent fundraising effort
• End-to-end measuring and reporting of relevant KPIs
• Oversee the online coordination of our E-Store

Status and remuneration:

This is a full-time role on a continual contract which comes with an attractive salary package of $90,196 – $100,218 (dependent on skills and experience) plus 10.5% super.

To apply for this role you must have:

• 5 plus years experience in a fundraising and/or a related field, including team management    
• Demonstrated practical experience in a mix of direct marketing fundraising and e-campaigns, r donor stewarding, writing and data analysis    
• Demonstrated experience with setting, managing and delivering on income targets and budgets as well as non-financial KPIs   
•  A strong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce) combined with a proven ability to extract insight from data and marketing analytics    
• Strong interpersonal relationship-building and management skills, managing relationships with multiple stakeholders, often with competing priorities and interests 
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills including preparation and delivery of presentations to a range of audiences   
• Strong analytical, management and organisational skills    
• Valid Australian work rights with permission to work
