Enjoy a couple of hours sitting in the bush exploring nature and recording what you observe. Lead by artist and bird nut, Jane Rusden.
What to bring:
Portable art materials like pens, pencils, coloured pencils, watercolour, water pot, paper or sketchbook, paint brushes.
Chair or rug to sit on.
Sunscreen, hat, water, snacks.
Binoculars and camera if you have them.
Please wear long trousers, long sleeve shirt and sturdy shoes, for sun and snake protection.
We will be on rough bush tracks, occasionally off track and will walk up to a few hundred meters, possibly carrying your art materials.
No drawings or art experience necessary. Beginners are very welcome.

Junction Tower Hill Track and Fryers Ranges Rd, Taradale.
Easiest approach is from Pyrenees Hwy. Turn south at the awkward junction where care is needed, on to Railway Dam Rd. At 2km, turn left on to Fryers Rangeds Rd. Drive about 6.6km up the ridge to the junction of Old Tower Track and Fryers Ranges Rd.
