Meet:
Richmond River Nature Reserve, at the car park at the end of South Ballina Beach Road.
Try to car pool if you can. If coming from the north, drive to the Burns Point Ferry (turn south from River Road onto Burns Point Ferry Road) at 6:30 AM. There is space for several cars to be parked all day there. The cost of the ferry is $8.00 each way.
If coming from the south, cross the Richmond River at Wardell, then turn left onto River Drive. Continue to near the end at Burns Point, turning right onto South Ballina Beach Road.
Nearest toilets: none available on site; otherwise Ballina in the north and Wardell in the south Register if you intend to participate.
