Half-day excursion
The lake is the centerpiece of Tomato Lake Reserve, a nature sanctuary containing wetlands, remnant vegetation and grassy parklands.
The lake and wetlands support a wide variety of birdlife and the island in the lake provides a breeding area for water birds.
Bring a chair and morning tea to have while we do a combined bird list.
For BWA members and their guests.
Members of the public are welcome to join the walk. (Bring binoculars)
Leader: Ian Wallace
