Half-day excursion
Len Howard Conservation Park is a small conservation reserve in the Swan Coastal Plain area near the City of Mandurah, named after Len Howard, a conservationist who contributed to protecting natural areas in the southwest.
This park has excellent bird watching opportunities. The wetland margins attract waterbirds seasonally. We will visit the Len Howard Conservation Park Bird Watching Hide.
Bring your scope if you have one. Bring a chair and morning tea to have while we do a combined bird list.
For BLWA members and their guests. Members of the public are welcome to join the walk (bring binoculars).

Meet ready for a start at 7:30am at the car park at the end of Marina Quay Drive. From the Mandurah Bypass turn into Sticks Boulevard (left when travelling from Perth) and then turn right into Marina Quay Drive.
