Our laws need to work for nature

Western Australia has magnificent landscapes, unique wildlife, and globally significant biodiversity. But the iconic WA birds and nature we love are in serious trouble. Ecosystems are collapsing and wildlife are at risk of extinction.

Nature urgently needs strong laws to protect it. But right now, under pressure from powerful vested interests, State and Federal law reform is not on track to protect the birds and the places we love.

The WA Government is pushing to fast-track industrial projects, and the Australian Government has delayed plans to improve national nature protections.

Your voice can make a difference.
