Digital Access to Emu: Austral Ornithology for BirdLife Members

Full access to the digital version of Emu – Austral Ornithology is included with your BirdLife Full or Concession Membership. To access the journal, you will need to set up a free account with the journal’s publisher, Taylor & Francis. Follow the steps below to get started.

To set up your account

1. Visit Taylor & Francis’s registration page and enter your details.
2. To link your Membership to your Taylor & Francis account fill out the registration form below to link your Membership to your Taylor & Francis account.  Please note: by filling out this form, you consent to BirdLife Australia sharing the details you supply with Taylor & Francis.

Access may take up to a week to be granted. Once the journal is made available to you, an automated email will be sent to you by Taylor & Francis.

To access Emu – Austral Ornithology content

Once your account is live, you can browse the journal’s content. Follow the steps below to find the content:

1. Head to the Taylor & Francis login portal and sign in using your email address and password
2. Click on “Your Account” at the top of the page
3. Then “Account Settings”
4. Scroll down to the “Access entitlement” box on the left-hand side of the page
5. Click ‘View your access’
6. Then select the journal title: Emu – Austral Ornithology
