BirdLife Horsham has members from right across the Wimmera district of western Victoria, an area rich with diverse habitats. Our monthly outings provide plenty of opportunities for wonderful birdwatching, with a wide range of woodland, grassland and wetland species in abundance.
BirdLife Horsham holds monthly outings to visit different sites and habitats in the local area on the first Sunday of each month (except in January). Our outings usually start at the Horsham Library, 28 McLachlan Street, where we meet at 8:30am before heading off. We also usually hold one or two campouts each year, heading to more distant locations.
Although we do not hold regular meetings of members, there are occasional talks or presentations presented by our members or guest speakers throughout the year.
