Please wear suitable clothes and shoes for bushwalking, including a hat and sunscreen. Please note that outings are very rarely cancelled, but will be automatically cancelled on days of a Total Fire Ban or severe weather.
Take the Westgate Freeway, Western Ring Road and Western Highway to Rockbank. Take the Leakes Road exit and turn left. Follow Leakes Road to the end and turn right onto Greigs Road. Follow Greigs Road around the bend onto Mount Cotterell Road and then turn right onto Greigs Road West. Follow the road over the Werribee River and turn left at Eynesbury Road. After the Grey Box Forest the road goes over a small bridge over a creek that leads to an ornamental lake on the right. Immediately after the bridge turn right into the golf course car park. Follow the road into the car park and park back at the bridge end.
