Join Jane Rusden – Artist, Birder and Environmentalist – at the confluence of Forest and Moonlight Creeks. Enjoy a quiet time with nature, observing the ebb and flow of our local birds, other wildlife and native plants, as we explore with our curiosity and record observations.
Bring your sense of curiosity. No experience necessary, all welcome.
Stickybeak Property Tour 11.30am to 3.00pm
Tour a private property currently being managed for wildlife habitat. Explore restoration of a paddock site with a wetland and bird-friendly planting. Learn about landscape restoration methods and practical on-ground actions to help our local birds.
Bring: weather appropriate clothing, sturdy shoes, binoculars, water and snacks, plus art materials for nature journaling.
