Half-day excursion
There is a good variety of bush birds including some not often seen near Perth such as Western Yellow Robin and Rufous Treecreeper. Bungendore Park is part of the Araluen-Wungong Key Biodiversity Area (KBA) for Carnaby’s Black-Cockatoo and Baudin’s Black-Cockatoo.
Bring a chair and morning tea to have while the bird list is compiled.
For BWA members and their guests. Members of the public are welcome to join the walk (bring binoculars).
