At Stirling Range Retreat: Hidden Treasures Dawn and Dusk Bird Walks

See birds in full breeding plumage!!!!!

When: EVERY Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday – 19th AUGUST TO 18th OCTOBER 2026
Departure: 8am OR 3pm – Stirling Range Retreat Office
Cost: $20 per adult / $10 per child
Limits: 1-8 people
Duration: 1.5 hours
Included: Binoculars to borrow if required and bird list
Description: These walking tours are lead by very knowledgeable BirdLife WA volunteer guides with 100% of the tour tariff being donated to BirdLife WA. The tour follows designated generally single file flat trails or well pounded kangaroo trails to minimise damage to the natural habitat. We recommend wearing comfortable, enclosed, non-slip shoes and layered clothing as the weather can be a little unpredictable at times, don’t forget to bring along binoculars, camera and a pen to enhance your experience.

When: EVERY Thursday and Saturday @ 7pm – 8.15pm 19th AUGUST TO 18th OCTOBER 2026
Where: Orchid Function Room Stirling Range Retreat
Cost: $5 per adult – children accompanied by parents free
Description: See our birds and hear their calls with an informative presentation from BirdLife WA volunteers eager to share their knowledge about our fabulous feathered friends. All proceeds from presentations are donated to BirdLife WA for research projects and to save endangered or threatened species.
