BirdLife Bundaberg covers a general area known as the Wide Bay in south-eastern Queensland. Our district is an excellent place to see lots of birds, and we take advantage of that on our regular birdwatching outings.
Members of BirdLife Bundaberg undertake regular shorebird surveys.
We hold monthly outings, on the last Sunday of each month (except in December and January). These are usually day trips, though we also go on camping weekends (including that Sunday), though there are also occasional longer camping outings, particularly on long weekends. Visitors are always welcome.
