Nature Journaling
Same location as Breakfast with the Birds. 10:30am -12:30am, 5 February 2022 Holcombe Scenic Reserve near Glenlyon. A pretty spot by the Loddon River.
Be ready for hot weather and snakes. Wear sun protection clothing and sunscreen, which means a wide brim hat, long sleeves and long trousers with sturdy shoes. Bring plenty of water, some snacks, something to sit on if you don’t want to sit on the ground and your creative materials. That might be equipment for drawing, painting, writing, photography or whatever medium you’d like to use.

The idea is to sit quietly and observe nature, recording what you see and hear in your own way. We do not pick plants or flowers, or disturb nature, we leave only light footprints. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Everyone welcome and no experience necessary.
